Baby registries have made buying a gift for a baby practically fool proof. The parents-to-be have hand selected a myriad of items that they have deemed desirable. All you have to do is print it out, select the item and pay. Piece of cake.
But what if you want to go rouge? You want to do something that is special, thoughtful and unique. Because do they really need one more blanket or pack of onesies? Here are some ideas that we thought might be just the right amount of unexpected.

Classes
Gifting a new mom sessions at a ‘mommy and me’ style class is a great idea for first time moms. It’s a great way for moms to start relationships with other moms and a great way to bond and learn with their new baby. These classes are readily available in most communities. Gymboree also has a wonderful class programs for all ages.
